To reduce live-agent volumes for global clients, we used service design methods to understand customer intents and deliver automated conversational support. The visual and conversational pattern libraries we created powered a scalable chatbot platform used by CBS, Sony PlayStation, Micron, Disney, ESPN, and Mars — helping brands provide faster, more consistent assistance.
